We are searching for a:
• Support the Regional European HR Manager to provide HR life cycle service to management & employees
• Support the Regional European HR Manager to work with work council and ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
• Maintain contact with recruitment agencies and conduct recruitment yourself when necessary
• Administer all employee life cycle processes, e.g. hiring & termination, entries & exits, attendance & absence, position & remuneration changes, etc.
• Maintain employee database and prepare monthly HR reports
• Participate in European or Global HR projects, e.g. training and development programs, engagement surveys, performance management, etc.
• Bachelor level; education in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred;
• Some years working excperience, preferably in an international HR role;
• Solid knowledge of labor law and works council
• Excellent communication skills, both orrally and in writing
• Open-minded for different cultures and able to work under pressure
• Hands-on mentality
• Persuasive and result driven
• Excellent command of German and English, other languages (e.g. Chinese) is considered as advantage
